Now and again we come across a winner story that not only takes our breath-away, but also makes us a little bit envious. As who wouldn’t want to win millions of pounds whilst playing one of their favourite slot games?
BetVictor Casino has recently announced that one of their Scottish players is now the largest progressive jackpot winner in the UK, as they managed to scoop an impressive £5.4 Million; that’s $8,694,000, or €6,318,000!
They were playing Net Entertainment’s (Net Ent) Norse mythology themed Hall of Gods video slot game, when they managed to triggered the games bonus round by getting three of Thor’s Hammer symbols on screen. This bonus game gives the player the chance to win one of three different jackpots, and it just so happened that our Scottish fisherman scooped the largest jackpot, which stood at £5.4 million.
The money couldn’t have gone to a nicer chap, as the first thing he said was that he would be giving away a share of his prize winnings to charity. He wasn’t sure about the rest of the money; however, he did say that it would provide a life-time of security for his family.
