We all dream about winning big at an online casino but can you even imagine scooping €7.3 million online? This amounts to the rather tidy sum of almost £6 million and is what a Norwegian punter scooped recently.
The giant jackpot was won on the Hall of Gods game at the Betsson site and is sure to change the life of the winner. The slots game which brought this massive win is from Net Entertainment and it is the second time someone has won a lot of money on it this year so far.
Swing Thor’s Hammer
The Hall of Gods has a Norse mythology theme and has proved to be a hugely popular game in the online casinos which feature it. It is a 5 reel triple jackpot slots game with features such as expanding wilds, scatter symbols and a shield smashing bonus game which lets you have a go at wielding the hammer of Thor.
The win happened on the 23rd of October and sources at Net Entertainment confirm that the online gaming firm has paid out over €29 million(which is over £23 million) so far. It seems that the firm’s Mega Fortune slot might be the next one to produce a big win, as the jackpot is currently not far off the €7 million.
Per Erikkson is the CEO of Net Entertainment and he said that they would like to “congratulate the winner” on what he called a “huge success”. He went on to say that they are keen to make “many more millionaires” in the months to come.
