Mansion Europe Confirms That It Has Now Got a UK Licence

The operator of a number of online casinos has confirmed that it has been granted a license to operate in the UK, squashing rumours that they had moved out of the country altogether.

Mansion Europe Holdings is the name of the firm that runs Club 777, Casino.com, LesACasino.com, Jackpotland.com, SlotsHeaven.com and MansionCasino.com. It had previously been previously been thought that these sites had been completely removed from the British online gaming market.

However, a recent announcement from Mansion confirms that they have actually just been given approval by the UK Gambling Commission to run online casino sites. Mansion is based in Gibraltar and they now say that the only product they have removed from the UK is their online poker, which their payers have already been notified about.   

Sagi Lahav is the company’s new CEO and he said that they are happy to get their official approval and UK license. He went on to say that part of their plan for growth is to get licences for operating in the most important online gambling markets. He classed the achieving of the UK licence ass a significant milestone in this respect. He also said that the high level of control in the UK market is something they welcome as being good for all concerned.

Additionally, it was noted the Casino.com brand was developed as an Italian facing site, which fits in with their plans to get heavily involved in the Italian casino market. It is expected that it will be ready to go live in Italy in the next few weeks.
