Microgaming to Launch a Trilogy of Jurassic Park Themed Games

With a new Jurassic Park film in the pipeline, we weren’t surprised to hear that Microgaming would be launching a trilogy of new Jurassic Park themed slot games.

Microgaming has managed to sign a partnership with Universal Studios to create three different slot games based upon each of their hit Jurassic Park films. The first Jurassic Park film was released in 1993 and is regarded as a landmark in computer-generated imagery (CGI). The CGI, impressive robotic dinosaurs and an amazing story line resulted in Jurassic Park earning over $900 million worldwide.

The first Jurassic Park slot game is due to be released this summer, and will feature an impressive 243 ways to win across 5 reels. It will have a DNA Analysis bonus round that can gain you access to 5 different free spins rounds. We can see this new slot game becoming a huge success, especially since the Velociraptor Cage used in the film has recently be sold on EBay for around £60,000. It attracted over 400,000 views and 150 bids.

Microgaming hasn’t released any information regarding the following up slot games; however, like always we will keep you posted.
