IGT to Release Two Land based Avatar Video Slot Games

IGT have joined together with 20th Century Fox to create two different land based video slot games based upon James Cameron’s Avatar movie. Avatar is a 2009 science fiction film that is not only Sam Worthington’s breakthrough role, but also the first film to gross over $2 Billion at the box office.

The Avatar video slot game will take place on one of IGT’s centre stages and allows players to re-live the magic of Pandora with video clips from the film. The game will have un-lockable content, which tracks a player’s progress and allows them to advance to different levels in the game. Features include; Banshee Wilds, Arrow Boost Multipliers, and three different bonuses round based on the film.

IGT will also be releasing a second Avatar slot game called Avatar; Treasures of Pandora. This will feature 3D graphics on a 42 inch virtual screen. It will consist of two virtually stacked games that will give an incredible 7,776 ways to win. It has not yet been announced when the two games will be released onto land based casino floors, but all of us in Casino-Reviewer office are keeping our fingers crossed for an online slot version of the games.
