Man Smashes up Video Slot Games with Axe in Local Bar

Nure Bregu from Fontaniva, Italy, lost over €6,500 on land based video slot games in his local pub over a two week period. This lead to the 47 year old taking his anger out on the games by destroying them with an axe.

As you can see from the below YouTube video, Mr Bregu calmly walks into the Italian Bar with an axe by his side. He then makes his way over to the video slot games and starts to manically smash up the different slot games that are present in the bar. Shocked by his actions, you can see patrons of the bar backing away from the slot games. Mr Bregu then calmly walks out of the bar, where it is reported that he waited for the police to arrive to arrest him.

Mr Bregu was given a suspended 6 months jail sentence, as he was found guilty of possessing a weapon and for also causing criminal damage.

The owner of the bar wished to remain anonymous; however, he made a statement saying that he was relieved that no one get hurt during the incident, and that he would be replacing the video slot games in due course.
