Coming Soon the Walking Dead Video Slot Game

A couple of months ago we all got very excited in the Casino Reviewer office, as we heard a rumour that a video slot game based upon ‘The Walking Dead’ was in development. It turns out this rumour was true, as Aristocrat has signed a deal with AMC to release a land based video slot game based on the hit zombie themed graphic novel and TV show. The video slot game is due to be released in October 2013, which is around the same time that the fourth series of the show is rumoured to be aired.

The game will feature HD video clips taken directly from the show, the shows creepy theme tune and of course you will be able to route for Rick, Daryl, Carol, Glenn and co, as they take on the Zombie Apocalypse.

Aristocrat hasn’t yet announced the features in the game, so we are secretly hoping that there will be a bonus round where you get to kill Walkers with Daryl’s crossbow and Michonne’s Samurai Sword. Just how cool would that be?

If the game ends up proving popular with land based customers, then we would have thought that it will also be released online.
