32Red Plc Releases Encouraging Financial Report

The online casino and betting group 32Red Plc has recently given out details concerning its financial progress in 2012 and it looks like good news.

Probably the most important figures are those which show that for the third consecutive financial report both revenue and the total number of active players increased.

In 2012 the firm’s revenue shot up by 28% to a very healthy £32.1 million. In terms of active players, the total is now 57,338, which is a big jump from the 39,687 reported for 2011.

Within the total amount of revenue reported by 32Red Plc an impressive part belong to their internet casino. In fact, the casino revenue increased by almost £7 million, from £21.8 million to £28.7 million.

Lots of New Players in the Last Year

What about all those players, though? Well, we can see part of the reason why there are now so many more by looking at the figures for new player sign ups. In 2011 this was a respectable total of 27,648 newcomers. However, in 2012 this figure rocketed by 52% to almost 42,000.

Ed Ware is the CEO of 32Red and he said that it was “another strong year of revenue and profit growth”. He was keen to point out that their recruitment of new players had a big part in this success. He also mentioned the focus they have on delivering “exceptional levels” of both customer service and entertainment to their players. Finally, he pointed out that the early results from their new Italian casino have been “encouraging”.
