The popular BetVictor Poker website is set for a change in the coming weeks. This is due to the fact that the site is now going to be using Microgaming as its one and only provider of poker software.
The migration of all of the current BetVictor Poker users will happens at the end of this month, when they will be moved across to the Microgaming Poker Network. The site has been up and running since 2002 and has more than a million and a half registered players, including players from just about every country in the world.

Andy Horne is the Head of Poker at BetVictor and he said that the firm is looking forward to “consolidating” their internet poker business. He went on to say that their top priority is providing the “best poker experience” and they expect this to happen through the Microgaming Poker Network.
Lydia Melton is the Head of Network Games at Microgaming and she said that they are “delighted” to have been chosen by BetVictor as the company’s exclusive poker services provider. She continues by saying that the Microgaming Poker Network has seen “significant advances” in the last 12 months and that the launch of the True Value rake allocation method has helped make it a great choice for the top internet poker site operators.
iGame Malta recently also stated that they will also be moving onto the Microgaming platform at the end of2012. It is believed that the software developer is also currently close to agreeing deals with several other online poker operators.
