Real Money Social Gaming at Big Fish Casino

The re-branded and re-launched Big Fish Casino is set to bring real cash games to the iPhones of UK punters.
The first stage of the mobile gaming casino will see it released with a number of video slots games on it, while the betting company’s statement confirms that other types of games such as roulette, blackjack and poker will be on there soon.

The firm behind the new mobile casino is called Big Fish, and they have teamed up with the UK social gaming firm Betatable to bring this product out. At the moment the real money playing option will be restricted to only UK players.

Social Elements and Traditional Casino Games

The Big Fish Casino features will include social elements like real time chat option, the sharing of chips and gift giving, as well as traditional casino games. It is expected that a lot of companies will move into the social gaming market due to the expected high return involved in it.

Paul Thelen is the CEO of Big Fish and he said that the use of social gaming features is a “powerful way to engage more users”. The new casino is set for an immediate launch with the real money version not far behind it.

The CEO of Betatable is Christopher Griffin and he said that the first of the companies to get their social gaming platforms up and running are likely to see a “substantial competitive advantage” from doing so.

Of course, this move follows hot on the heels of the new Bingo Friendzy Facebook game being launched. This is also a UK only option and has been developed by Gamesys.
