The progressive jackpot on offer at the Win a Day Casino site is offered on games across the site, so when it is scooped on punter it tends to be a biggie.
The latest win backed up this theory, with a massive $161,577 (a little over £100,000) being paid out by the internet casino. The lucky winner was named as Kevin W and he won the money earlier on in the month of July. The game he was playing at the time was the ever popular Fair Tycoon slots game.
The winning player said that he has been playing on the Win a Day online casino since it opened up for business a few years ago. He also stated that he is a fan of the Fair Tycoon game because of the bonus game which includes a sort of Sim City kind of game where you need to build a fair.
A Holiday in Store
Apart from that, Kevin admitted that his favourite games on the site are Chinatown, Jinni and Hold the Riches. His recent win is his biggest by far. He went on to say that the big win was a “complete surprise” and that he hasn’t yet decided what to do with all of the money, although he did mention a holiday and some presents for the family.
A similar sort of jackpot amount was won on the same site by Jody K a couple of months ago on the Enchanted Gems game. Michael Hilary is the Casino Manager at the Win a Day site and he said that while it is triggered on a random basis it does seem to be won every 6 or 8 weeks.
